Petaling Jaya, January 10, 2018 – In the world of motorsports, it takes more than pairing up a fast car with a fast driver and taking it past the checkered flag. Teamwork plays an integral part in ensuring a smooth race weekend, and implementing the latest technologies helps in bringing speed and efficiency into the equation. Put all these together and you will get the formula of a champion in your hands.
Sharing the same views and qualities where speed and cutting-edge technology are equally vital in achieving their goals, NAZA Aylezo is glad to welcome Oneapps Group Berhad as the Team Sponsor for the 2018 chapter of the Ferrari Challenge Asia-Pacific.
Oneapps Group Berhad was founded in 2016 and is the leading provider of IT business solutions and one-stop payment kiosk in Malaysia. With a wide list of clients from the private and government sectors, the Oneapps Pay Kiosk offers the masses an easier, faster way to pay various bills through a single terminal, and giving them a sense of security as well.
It may be the team’s first time competing in the one-make Ferrari race series back in 2017, but NAZA Aylezo was determined to show that they mean business. NAZA Aylezo did Malaysia proud as they managed to score 8 podium finishes from 13 races, and race driver Zen Low had also managed to collect 163 points in the championship to earn him the third spot overall in the top tier Trofeo Pirelli category.
“We are really excited to be a part of Team OneApps NAZA Aylezo for the 2018 Ferrari Challenge Asia-Pacific. The synergy between OneApps with NAZA Aylezo will benefit both parties and we wish the best to Zen and the team in their racing endeavor”, said Dato Seri Lim Siang Loong, founder and CEO of Oneapps Group Berhad.
“I would like to thank Oneapps Group Berhad for their trust and support towards NAZA Aylezo. The challenge in the race is tough, there’s no doubt about that. But I am confident that we have the right package to do even better in this coming season. We at NAZA Aylezo would like to formally welcome Oneapps Group Berhad into the family and look forward to working together”, said Zen Low, founder of Aylezo Competizione and race driver for NAZA Aylezo.
The 2018 Ferrari Challenge Asia-Pacific will feature 6 rounds in the calendar, with the first round taking place in Melbourne, Australia (22-25 March), followed by Hampton Downs, New Zealand (12-15 April), and Shanghai, China (24-27 May).
