AER Looking to Score Much Needed Points in Fuji

This weekend Aylezo Ecotint Racing heads to Fuji, Japan, for the second round of the Asian Le Mans Series, looking to score some much needed points to get them back on track.

After some mechanical bad luck hampered the teams first round in Zhuhai, the Aylezo Ecotint Racing crew have been working very hard to fix their Ginetta LMP3 for this weekend.

The team also welcomes new driver Riki Christodoulou from the UK. Riki has a lot of experience in single-seat and GT racing, and is looking forward to the new experience of the Fuji circuit.

Speaking about the upcoming weekend, head driver Zen Low is looking optimistic: “It was such bad luck in Zhuhai, but we are confident we have the problem under control now, and I’m looking forward to a strong result this weekend. Zhuhai proved that we have the speed because we qualified on the front row. So now we just need to bring the car home. It’s also exciting to have Riki onboard and we hope the rain doesn’t come.”

Qualifying for the LMP3 class starts at 15:25 local time, with the race starting at 12:15.
